Russo invests both time and money to send our mechanics and staff to industry training classes to keep us up to date on the new machines being released every year. It also gives you the satisfaction of knowing someone knowledgeable is working on your machine.
We use the latest in computer technology to educate customers about the maintenance they have done on their machine, but also the maintenance that will be needed in future visits. We inform the customers how to keep their machines working in good condition and how to be sure they maintain the factory warranty.
We have an on site warranty specialist that is able to make warranty decisions regarding machines. This is the reason we can maintain such a quick turnaround on most machines under warranty. We have the ability to warranty over 25 of the most common companies in the industries.
We also have a huge on site Parts Department that has a staff of over a dozen people and has over 250,000 different parts in stock for the most common products used by industry professionals. Maintaining such a large inventory helps in the quick turnaround of machines in our service department. We also have exclusive service contracts with some of the biggest contractors and hardware stores in the mid-west.
Russo’s also takes pride in being as environmentally responsible as we can. We recycle as much plastic, metal, oil, paper and cardboard that we can. It is hard to imagine, but a service department that can see more than 25 machines daily can produce a large amount of waste. We strive to leave the smallest footprint possible on our environment.
