2013 Used Equipment Auction
Russo Power Equipment is very excited to announce our first used equipment auction! The auction will be held at our Hainesville location on Saturday, March 23, 2013. The auction will be no reserve and is open to the public.

39 E. Belvidere Rd. Hainesville, IL 60030
Open at 7am
Auction Time: Begins at 9:30am
Viewing: Friday, March 22nd from 7am-4pm.

Important Note:
Keys will only be in the equipment on Friday, Mar 22nd, 7am until 4pm for inspection. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on auction day. A valid driver’s license or ID to register for a bid card.

There will be ample parking the day of the auction. Parking is free at the designated auction parking lots below.
We will provide free shuttle service to and from the auction all day long.

Auction Terms and Conditions:
Cash, Visa/MasterCard/Discover or Check only with Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to OBENAUF AUCTION SERVICE, INC. (Sample Bank Letter: Mr. ____________ is a customer of our bank and we will guarantee payment of checks up to $_________ for purchases at your auction on “date of auction”.) Any returned check will incur a $35 charge. An 8% buyer’s fee and 7.0% sales tax will be added to all applicable purchases. There is a 5% seller’s fee on all items sold. All items must be paid for on auction day. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN MONDAY, MARCH 25TH BY 3 PM. Obenauf Auction Services is not responsible for items left on the premises.  All items sold "AS IS-WHERE IS & WITH ALL FAULTS", no warranties or guarantees as to condition, age, hours or mileage. It is your responsibility to inspect the items before you bid. Information from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions and change without notice. Any errors are not sufficient grounds for returning any purchased item. Announcements on sale day take precedence over printed matter.
