Q: Is there a shipping or quantity discount on multiple items?
A:

In most cases the site will state quantity discount when you are viewing the item and placing your order.

Q: What if I do not see an item on your site?
A:

Please call our internet department for availability and pricing.

Q: How much is tax?
A:

Because we are a business located in Illinois, we are required by law to collect sales tax on any purchases being shipped in the state of Illinois. Any purchases shipped outside of Illinois state lines will not be required to pay sales tax on their order by www.russopower.com. You may be required to remit sales tax to you local taxing authority.

Q: What are your hours of operation and where is your main location?
A:

Our internet staff will be available from 8am to 4pm CST, Monday through Friday. The address to our main location is 9525 W Irving Park Road Schiller Park, IL 60176.

Shipping

Q: When is my product/order going to ship?
A:

Check out our "Shipping Information" page for all of your shipping questions. CLICK HERE

Q: What is my tracking number?
A:

A tracking number should have been sent out once your order was shipped. If you did not receive one please email us your order information and we will send you the tracking number (Please put “Tracking Number Request” in the subject line).

You can also check the status of your order by CLICKING HERE. Have your order number and your zip code available.

Q: Do you offer shipping options such as Overnight or 2nd Day Air?
A:

We currently do not offer standard expedited shipping options. If you need something sooner, please feel free to email us for help.

Q: Why hasn’t my order shipped?
A:

If your order has not shipped and was shown to be “In Stock” then please email us. If it did not show that it was “In Stock” it may take up to two weeks to get the product from our supplier and shipped out. If it has been more than two weeks, please contact us.

Q: What is my shipping charge?
A:

For most of the products sold on our site the shipping charge is built into the price. If otherwise, shipping will be billed clearly on your invoice.

Q: What is the freight charge outside of the US, Alaska, or Hawaii.
A:

We currently do not ship outside of the lower 48 states.

Q: A part listed on your website is different than what my manual calls for.
A:

Sometimes manufacturers change or supersede part numbers after a few years. If you have a question about a part not found in our parts look up email us.

Q: What spare parts do you carry for this unit?
A:
