Standard Handling Time
If the item shows “In Stock” it will typically ship within one business day. We do not guarantee that “In Stock” items will be shipped within one business day but we strive to meet that standard. For more information see “In Stock, Delivery Delayed, or Sold Out” below.
If a part is ordered from our Parts Finder there is no guarantee that it is in stock and ready to ship. We stock thousands of common parts and if they are in stock we will strive to meet our one business day standard. For more information see “Parts Finder Orders” below.
For most of the products sold on russopower.com the shipping charge is built into the price. If it was not built in you can see it before you purchase the item.
We use a variety of carriers to get you the product the fastest and at the best price. We will choose the appropriate delivery method for your order to your specific address. It is not possible for us to guarantee a specific carrier when you place your order.
If available by the chosen carrier, we will email you a tracking number.
Original Packaging and Repackaging
Sometimes items will not ship out in an original box. For instance Treegator Bags may ship out in a box for a hedge trimmer. Felco shears may ship out in an envelope rather than a box. Most parts will ship out in relabeled boxes.
Some manufactures ship new products to us with two units in one box. Many hedge trimmers and chainsaws will ship repackaged. Please double check the product inside the box.
In Stock, Delivery Delayed, or Sold Out
If the item shows “In Stock” it will typically ship within one business day.
Some items will show as "Delivery Delayed". This means the product is not expected to ship for 3 - 7 business days. If it is going to longer than the expected 3 - 7 business days we will contact you. Seasonal items ordered out of season may take longer than 3 - 7 business days; please keep this in mind when ordering out of season.
Items showing "Sold Out" are currently not available for purchase. We may gain more inventory of a 'Sold Out" item in the future but we can not guarantee shipping time frames.
Parts orders will ship complete unless otherwise specified. If it is requested they are shipped separately additional charges may occur.
Parts Finder Orders
When ordering from our Parts Finder you have access to hundreds of thousands of parts. We can not stock every part available on our parts finder but we do stock thousands of common parts and if they are in stock we will strive to meet our one business day standard.
When you order a part on our parts finder it may have to be ordered from our supplier and it can take anywhere from 3 – 10 business days to receive the part, depending on the supplier. Once we receive the parts we will ship them as soon as possible.
Parts will sometimes be drop shipped directly from our warehouses, vendors, and manufactures. We do this to provide the fastest shipping possible.
Many items in our Parts Finder fall under the Special Order Returns policy, and are not eligible for return. For more information on returning parts from our Parts Finder please visit our Return Policy.
Parts Shipping Cost
0 - 100 Dollars, Shipping is 7.99
100 - 500 Dollars, Shipping is 9.99
500 Dollars and up, Shipping is 12.99
Some large items sold as "Parts" including but not limited to Mower Decks and Frames are too big to be shipped standard ground. If this is the case you will be notified by email of the additional charges that will occur.
Lift Gate Service
All of our "Free Shipping" prices are for commercial delivery, a dock, or facility with the ability to unload your product. If you are shipping to a residence or need lift gate service it is available, you can choose to add it during checkout.
You will need to add lift gate service if you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or enough people to lift what it is you ordered off the truck.
Examples of items that may need Lift Gate Service: Large Two Stage Snow Blowers, Commercial Lawn Mowers, Large Residential Lawn Mowers, Sod Cutters, Aerators, Large Tank Sprayers.
PO Box and APO/FPO
We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, but some items may be considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped to these addresses. We will inform you if your purchase cannot be shipped and will try to work out a solution. We can only ship via USPS to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Different Billing and Shipping Address
If your billing and shipping address are different we reserve the right to verify the shipping address before processing the order. If we deem further verification is needed regarding differing address we will contact you by phone and email. If contact is not able to be made within two weeks of the order being placed we will cancel the order. If we are able to verify the appropriate information we will move forward with the order as normal.
Incorrect and Undeliverable Shipping Addresses
In the event that we ship a purchased item and it is returned to us for any of the reasons listed below, the buyer will be responsible for both outbound and returned shipping charges.
Examples: Incorrect shipping address provided by customer, Undeliverable address, Delivery refusals or Courier unable to obtain signature.
We cannot ship out of the continental US or Canada
We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.
