This helmet is unvented to protect against electrical risks and molten metal splash. Safety Standards:
The VERTEX BEST helmet is a top-rated work helmet meeting all requirements of the ANSI Z89.1-2009 Type I Class E for helmet safety as well as the Canadian CSA Z94.1-05 Type 1 Class E standards. EN 397 and EN 12492 standards for protection against impact are also met, as are the EN 397 and EN 50365 standards for electrical insulation and the optional requirements of the EN 397 standard for lateral deformation and use in low temperatures.
