Parking

Parking is free at designated auction parking lots. We will provide free shuttle service to and from the auction all day long.

Auction Terms and Conditions

The auction will be held at our Hainesville location on Saturday, April 6, 2024. This will be a no-reserve auction that is open to the public, as well as it's free to register. There will be around 300 items to bid on at this one-day-only event ranging from chainsaws, to mowers, to large equipment vehicles.

• All items must be paid for on auction day. No purchases are to be removed until full payment has been made.
• Payment Options: Cash, Visa/MasterCard, Cashier's Check, or Check only with Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to OBENAUF AUCTION SERVICE, INC.
• All checks shall be made payable to OAS. In the event of a non-payment or insufficient funds check, the Buyer is responsible for any expenses due to collection, including service fees, etc. 
• A 10% Buyer's Fee and 7.0% Sales Tax will be added to all applicable purchases. If paying via credit card a 4% Credit Card Convenience Fee will be applied. (If Tax Exempt, an exemption certificate must be provided.)
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY MONDAY, APRIL 8TH. Obenauf Auction Service, Inc. and Russo Hardware, Inc. are not responsible for items left on the premises.
• All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" & "WITH ALL FAULTS", no warranties or guarantees as to condition, age, hours, or mileage. It is your responsibility to inspect the items before you bid. All sales are FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statement made by Owner or his agents or by OAS, Inc. or its agents concerning any item, shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. The Buyer is responsible for examining and inspecting the item prior to bidding and accepts it the way it is, NO EXCEPTIONS. If the Buyer is unsure about the item, OAS, Inc. requests that the Buyer not bid.
• Each item is the sole responsibility of the Buyer from the moment the item is sold, even though the Buyer may not have paid for the item. At this point, the Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage. Buyers are advised to guard their items accordingly.
• Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage to Buyer or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Sellers, their agents, OAS, Inc., their agents, harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. Sellers, their agents, OAS, Inc. or their agents, shall be held harmless by Buyer, in the event of personal injuries or property damage occurring as a result of any physical contact or general usage of items purchased.

• OAS, Inc. reserves the right to reject any applicant for a Buyer’s number and/or revoke any Buyer’s number at any time before or during the auction.
